Why are hard/soft skills trainings so important?
What qualities and knowledge should a manager and a specialist possess? He/she should have a good understanding of the subject he/she is dealing with, should be able to build and control processes and make employees and colleagues work to the best of their abilities. But is this list limited to just these responsibilities? Of course not. In order to successfully accomplish the tasks set, a modern employee must possess a whole set of skills that can be labeled under the general names of Hard skills and Soft skills.

What are soft skills?

Что такое Hard skills и что в них входит
Hard skills are directly the knowledge you need to do a job. For a chemist it would be knowing how substances interact with each other, and for a driver it would be knowing how to drive a car. Hard skills are the knowledge that we acquire in the process of studying at school, university or on professional retraining courses. For managers, they also include knowledge of how to manage staff and distribute tasks. But it will be the knowledge of how these processes are organized.
What are Hard skills and what goes into them
Hard skills help an employee build a career. The more hard skills he has, the easier it is for him to get promoted or get another job. Getting the right hard skills is not limited to the walls of a university. You can take additional training or develop skills on your own
