Why are hard/soft skills trainings so important?
What qualities and knowledge should a manager and a specialist possess? He/she should have a good understanding of the subject he/she is dealing with, should be able to build and control processes and make employees and colleagues work to the best of their abilities. But is this list limited to just these responsibilities? Of course not. In order to successfully accomplish the tasks set, a modern employee must possess a whole set of skills that can be labeled under the general names of Hard skills and Soft skills.

For managers, they also include knowledge of how to manage staff and distribute tasks. But it will be the knowledge of how these processes are organized.
