On October 8-9, was held a workshop on the topic "STRENGTHENING THE RESILIENCE OF CENTRAL ASIAN COUNTRIES BY PROMOTING REGIONAL COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF ASSESSMENT OF NIVAL-GLACIAL SYSTEMS TO DEVELOP INTEGRATED METHODS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT AND ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE". The purpose of the workshop is to consider the country's vision and views on water resources and climate change and their associated consequences, including possible degradation of the cryosphere in Central Asia as part of the preparation of a diagnostic analysis within the framework of the GEF-UNDP-UNESCO cryosphere project. The workshop was attended by experts in the field of cryosphere research and data management.
